The presence of the Assistants is UNIQUE to the Joffrey Ballet School and ensures individual attention for each student to optimize learning.
Course Description:
The Absolute Beginner Ballet Course is for the adult who has never studied ballet but who always wanted begin, as well as for a person who had studied ballet “a long time ago”, or for someone who wants to improve their current technique and would like to jumpstart that process in 9 Sessions of concentrated study. Dariusz will break down the basics of ballet technique and terminology, so that in each class, you will gain understanding and confidence in a nurturing, fun environment. The focus also includes an emphasis on correct weight placement and alignment. This course will be a great basis to begin and enhance your studies in ballet.
Upon Completion of the Absolute Beginner Course Each Student Will Receive One Free Class Coupon for any Adult Basic Level Ballet Class. (This Coupon may only be used between May 12th-19th, 2012 at the Joffrey Ballet School)
Mondays (April 23rd, 30th, May 7th) 8:30 - 10:00 pm Studio 6
Wednesdays (April 25th, May 2nd, 9th) 8:30 - 10:00 pm Studio 6
Fridays (April 27th, May 4th, 11th) 8:00 - 9:30 pm Studio 3
Tuition Cost: $315.
Registration Fee: $20 (waived for students already registered at JBS)
Registration and Full Payment of $315 must be completed and turned in prior to the 1st class. Pay with cash, check, or credit.
